Salvatore Stabile wrote and directed his second film, Where God Left His Shoes. The film stars John Leguizamo, Leonor Varela, David Castro and Jerry Ferrara. Paul Allen's Vulcan financed the film and it was later sold to IFC Films after attending the Tribeca and San Sebastian Film Festival. Sal won a Humanitas Award in the Sundance Feature Film Category. Where God Left His Shoes was also nominated for a number of Imagen Awards.
